Hired as a key member of senior management to help turnaround this long-established Human Resources Recruitment Communications Agency. Have overall responsibility for the Company’s sales goals and ensure that they are met or exceeded. Develop new accounts for media sales and collateral projects, and expand sales to existing clients. Oversee Account Executives to ensure quality, timeliness and content and to ensure delivery of superior product. Additionally, overhaul administrative and operational systems and reposition the Company for growth and modernization.
