3rd Class Power Engineer- Responsible for the planned and corrective maintenance of two Volcano Main Boilers (450 HP), four Cleaver Brooks Package Boilers (20-100 HP), one Cleaver Brooks portable Boiler and all related mechanical/electrical machinery.- Responsible for the lockout and isolation, disassembly and reassembly and planned and corrective maintenance of the two main boilers in preparation for the Main Boilers Annual inspection- Building Fire Warden; Responsible for the inspection of all firefighting, first aid and safety related gear in the plant and filing of all associated reports.- Working in the position of Shift Engineer for swing shifts and relief engineer as required.- Analysing and treating boiler water.- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of DeltaV/Emmerson Main Boiler Control System
