1. Participate in early Product development to communicate and ensure the manufacturing(DFMA) and Quality Requirements are captured.2. Fixture Designing for new projects with Solidworks and Layout design in Autocad.3. Co-ordinating with suppliers for new equipment procurement and providing technical support for the outsourced product lines in new product development.4.. Handles Process Audits of Major OEMs and Internal Product and Process Audits. Address and Resolve Critical Customer issues and Audit NCs using Roots Cause and Permanent Corrective Action(RCPCA)5. Plans Process Flow Diagram(PFD) and Manufacturing Workstation Design incorporating Ergonomic and EHS rules6. Develop schedules for new product releases, set milestones, assess & mitigate risks, develop action plans, coordinate activities and drive results within cross-functional teams7. Perform PFMEA(AIAG-VDA FMEA-Version-1) for new products/processes and Reverse PFMEA forexisting products line.8. Ensures appropriate process documentation for PPAP submission9. Driving continuous improvement activities with respect to poka-yoke identification, cycle time reduction, safety improvements, and lean waste eradication.10. Estimate the Manufacturing process/ cost for new products in relation to Inhouse-Facilities,11. New Tools, and Equipment(Machinery). Conducts Process Capability Study(Cp/CpkStudy) using Statistical Methods(SPC), Process Validation/Revalidation, and Process Reviewmeeting.10. Estimate Process Cycle Time and perform a preliminary line balancing
