Criminal Litigation is part of the specialised training programme of the Faculty of Law (ICADE) of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas for access to the legal profession, and is taught to students who, having completed their law degree, are training to start their professional practice. The Master's Degree is an official qualification (R.D. 1393/2007, of 29 October) that offers specialised and multidisciplinary training, essential for those jurists who orientate their professional activity in the field of Economic Criminal Law and Corporate Criminal Law, providing them with the necessary instruments and skills for legal practice in this branch of Law, without prejudice to offering sufficient theoretical knowledge to those future researchers who intend to develop their scientific work in this area.
