Rodríguez Ramos is a law firm founded by Professor of Criminal Law Dr. Luis Rodríguez Ramos which specialises in protecting the rights of individuals and businesses in criminal court proceedings, both in Spain and before European Courts, as well as indirectly before Judges from other States, through international legal cooperation mechanisms and collaborative teams made up of specialist law firms. Drawing from continuous national and international experience in the courtroom, and since the introduction of the criminal liability of legal persons into the Spanish criminal justice system, the law firm designs, validates and/or adapts risk prevention systems in companies in line with their specific criminal risks (ISO 19600), integrating the identification and control of risks and the management of resources required to mitigate them into the corporate culture.
