Hello! My name is Grant Williams, driven by a lifelong passion for sports and a interest in the dynamic world of business. During my senior season in high school, I served as one of three team captains, leading our basketball team to its first state championship. This experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for leadership, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence.Complementing my athletic achievements, I was an active member of the National Honor Society in high school, where I dedicated my time to tutoring and mentoring underclassmen. Additionally, I volunteered for various school events, accumulating 80 service hours and demonstrated my commitment to community service.My upbringing immersed me in the business world, as my father owns various NAPA stores in our hometown. Regularly participating in the family business provided me with invaluable insights for problem-solving and business operations. These skills, combined with my curiosity, guided my decision to pursue a major in Business Management at Indiana University.Currently navigating the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, I am gaining practical experience in team management and collaboration through various coursework.
