Current• Promoted to Manager, Client Implementation charged with directing and coordinating the activities associated with the transition of new clients into Insperity that results in client retention, growth, and satisfaction. • In charge of managing, training, and developing top-performing teams. • Evaluate current performance data, develop conceptual initiatives then put in place systems and processes that result in the successful transition of new clients.• Establish and implement process improvements to achieve improved efficiency and effectiveness of the client transition.• Manage the utilization of national onboarding resources and team resources to budget and determine projected expenses and headcount needs for the budgetary process.• Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions for any potential onboarding issues related to new clients.• Lead the client transition team through the onboarding process ensuring established processes and procedures are followed.
