The role has covered direct project management for multiple initiatives, together with cross-functional program responsibility for implementation of ‘Bolt’ projects whereby Challenger annuities are provided via partner platforms.The multi-million dollar Bolt program has involved extensive internal and external key-person engagement and governance with organisations such as CFS, AMP, BT and Suncorp. Development of an electronic application form using Avoka and other paper-less processes have featured in recent releases. Other important projects delivered have included:• Re-platforming and development of websites using Sitecore as a content management system, including Adviser On-line and Fidante• Development of lead nurturing functionality and a marketing analytics database. This is enabling implementation and detailed performance metrics for targeted email and trade advertising campaigns• Implementation of Common Reporting Standard requirements for data capture and reporting
