- Corresponds with various external virtual goods suppliers through email and chat, and provides real-time coordination in the actual exchange of the goods.- Prepares various MI reports related to sales trends, pricing, and inventory management.- Designed, created, implemented and maintained a back-end MS Access simple database used to monitor inventory; with provisions for real-time overview of weekly and/or monthly usage and purchases, availability and pricing. - Improved existing reporting templates for better data capture, maintenance and backtracking.- Created production team’s scorecards with KPIs that were aligned to business objectives.
