-Used a combination of observation and knowledge of child development to create curriculum which meets the emotional, physical, cognitive and social needs of both the individual child and the group.-Nurtured the development of the social-emotional well being of each student.-Created daily communication, weekly lesson plans, monthly newsletters, makes visible the learning of teachers and students through ongoing documentation in the classroom. -Guided children’s behavior using positive management techniques, without punishing, criticizing, humiliating, or shaming children.-Met with children’s families to discuss child's progress, provide counsel or advice, and to devise learning and development strategies as appropriate.-Provided regular communication and be available to children’s families for daily updates, routine questions, family meetings, and discussion of special needs, issues, or concerns.

-Introduced opportunities for academic success and interpersonal development to mentees by providing various resources within the university and in the community on a weekly basis.-Supported first year and transfer students with their transition to the University of Oregon

Responsible for planning and facilitating staff meetings, managing a staff of fifteen people, planning and facilitating all retreats, events, and general meetings. Also responsible for checking in with each staff member and track their overall performance, offer possible areas for improvement, and asking where as individuals and as a staff we can all improve.

Responsible for planning and facilitating the annual Finance Retreat, training committee members of four different finance committees on the budget process works at the University of Oregon and how to responsibly allocate 13 million dollars to services and programs used by all University students, training contracts, departments and programs about the budget process, and acting as ex-officio to two of the finance committees during the budget hearings. Also, maintaining the Executive budget.

Responsible for dispersing over one million dollars of the Incidental Fee money to Associated Students of the University of Oregon student programs.
