- Oversee the operations, strategies, growth, and collaboration for all countries of Danone businesses in Africa- Develop business plans to ensure the system sustainability- Assess and improve sales capabilities and competencies of the teams- Provide strategic advise to the Africa board to give an accurate view of the market and the priorities by country.- Foster cross-functional engagement for topline priorities.

Key responsibilities:- Lead category growth strategies in existing customers and channels- Develop and enable tools for sales team to execute, track and improve sales process and routines- Implementation of PRGM process- Definition and execution of picture of success guidelines for all channels/segments- Development of new channels, baby stores and DTC e-business lead.

Accountable for developing waters business in Walmart, price clubs and export.Key contributor for the category and brands growth through four key levers:1. Solid JBP process2. Multifunctional teams (Advantage top 5 suppliers 2 consecutive reviews)3. Profitability, through best in class execution of PRGM.4. Excellent Picture of success execution

Responsible for the sales budget on trade spend.Accountable for the data and sales insights process SFA and execution.Key input on long term sales forecasting.Responsible for RGM and portfolio management processes.
