Shivani is a seasoned consultant with experience in strategy design, operating model optimization, and technology implementation engagements for clients in energy, industrials, utilities, and financial services sectors across different markets such as the US, the UK, the EU, and the GCC.She is currently a practitioner at Tata Strategic Management Group where she works closely with CXOs and leadership teams of Tata Group (a global diversified conglomerate, headquartered in India) companies with a special focus on paving the way for industrial decarbonization and human capital improvement in India.She also volunteers as the Research Lead at First Impact Partners (climate deep tech accelerator in the UK) to develop thought leadership in climate deep-tech solutions.She is passionate about bringing the best of her engineering knowledge, analytical abilities, business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and empathy for climate change mitigation and sustainable operations to help her clients run efficient organizations and realize their strategic vision.In her free time, she spends time traveling, reading, writing and trying different forms of movements for mental and physical fitness.
