Seeing cool technology make a visible difference to the business.

I was the initial IT Manager during and after CSAM's breakaway from CS First Boston. This was a really interesting role for a young guy as I was able to really put my mark on things. It was a high profile role in a highly regulated industry.Projects included everything a startup would go through, and everything an existing financial institution needs to keep running.Key Reflections: This was a big step in responsibility for a young guy and I like to think I made that step and showed the hiring team that they made a good call in giving a young person a go.
