Currently I hold a hybrid role as Country Manager China for WIDMA Machine tool business and Product Manager India for WIDMA CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding portfolio.In my capacity as Country Manager China, I am accountable for driving sales revenue and profit growth of China business. This includes leading China sales & service team and developing sales distribution strategies. My responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction, after-sales support and managing payments and receipts in compliance with RBI’s Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).In my Product Manager role for CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding, I oversee P&L, conduct market research and perform competitor analysis. I am also responsible for product positioning, business planning and developing sales strategies for successful product launches.With 15 years of professional experience in capital equipment sales, I have a proven track record of handling customer accounts across diverse industrial sectors.
