An assistant to the Accounts Payable Manager. Responsibilities included coding invoices to GL accounts while maintaining 100% accuracy, contacting 25+ branches to receive supporting documentation for invoices on a daily basis, verify invoices with supporting documentation, setup vendors in the Sage accounting system, and handle all corporate mail.Supported majority of all Payable duties for 2-3 months after only 6 months of work while my manager was in long-term software platform integration sessions that prevented her from her daily duties.
