- Product management (smart-grids):Product 1: The iReact is EMTECH’s in-house designed and developed product line (substation automation) for reactive power management with capacitor banks. Product 2: iDERgridy for the emerging product category of Distributed Energy Resources Management Systems (DERMS). Overall for the whole portfolio, I compose and update the business plan, search and act on public and private funding opportunities, contribute to creative direction for marketing material, to product documentation, engage in direct and indirect sales activities and manage the product lifecycle with custom developed tools.- Research and innovation proposals:I propose an entirely new concept, gather all pieces of the puzzle and form an awarded proposal by highlighting all innovative elements. I examine all aspects of the call in order to evaluate its fit with the firm’s strategy and the chances of success. I coordinate the tender team towards reaching a successful submission by supervising and contributing to the various parts. - Project coordination and controlI coordinate project activities and resources, contribute to schedule management, monitor progress and handle any issues that arise, act as the point of contact and communicate status to all participants, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, perform risk management to minimize project risks and facilitate auditing. -Organisational efficiency and quality assuranceI have designed and implemented a common information model for all EMTech legal entities by taking into account the domains of expertise and product lifecycles in order to create digital repositories for the produced documentation, as well as a timesheet recording system based on this model. I have adapted ISO 9001:2015 to company operations, I consult my colleagues and I conduct internal reviews to ensure conformance.
