Conceived and implemented many IT tools and data analytics dashboards for process efficiency, effectiveness, actionable insights and decisions. Have always leveraged IT for business performance.Developed process & tools to drive budgetary control in various heads of expenses at commitment stage. Experience in setting-up in-house mid sized shared services in O2C Process, Credit control, MIS back office etc., to centralize and optimize the finance function.
