This position is centered around the Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofitting that is taking place in Morgan Hill, CA. I provide technical input to assess risk elements in the production, materials, and processes that could negatively effect the project. All while taking on training for the next eventual role of joining the Cost Engineering team.

This position started as a clerical role and quickly expanded to a more diverse set of responsibilities. Currently, I manage the Document Control System, manage a number of subcontractors who engage in both small scale weekly services and larger scale projects, and provide Quality Control support for the project.

In this role, I fulfilled a broad set of duties. These include working with students that have learning disabilities and assisting the main office with administrative responsibilities.
