Directed the training requirements for 20 personnel. Managed a 3 member team that developed long-range plans, tracked and evaluated performance, assessed and revised curriculum and provided instructor-led training.

This project involved strategic planning of resources as part of a much larger program. Scope was not clearly defined, which gave us flexibility to develop the road map that would achieve the desired results.As part of the bigger Market Expansion or Development strategy, our service-driven organization was required to evolve with the delivery of an improved product. My team identified key scheduling milestones, developed and aligned project requirements, and ultimately provided the necessary deliverables. The methodology is still in use.

This position allowed me to engage with various external and organizational stakeholders to create meaningful training products. Fortunately, my team and I had the freedom to build the curriculum in our own vision.We developed knowledge based training, designed training simulations and revised Computer-Based modules for relevance and keep pace with technological advancements. These deliverables continue to impact over 1000 end-users. The greatest reward is seeing how the customers value the materials we provided and learn the skills they need. By providing the means for these people to submit feedback on our training materials, the organization is able to continue providing relevant and meaningful products.
