A main goal of mine is to immerse myself into the world of aviation operations and management. One way I plan on reaching this goal is by using my interpersonal skills to help out the team to the best of my ability and further the knowledge of my peers. I long for the opportunity to prove myself and be the best version of myself for my future employer. I am always looking ahead and trying to figure out what the future might hold. I want to be able to take the best steps forward and do what is best for myself, those around me, and the company. l believe I definitely try my hardest to be a team player and listen to my peers. I believe everybody's opinion is important and should be heard when making decisions. We can always adapt to other's wishes and concerns when necessary, compromises are important to the work place. Being able to encompass all of this into how I carry myself and go about my daily activities is important to me and my self image.
