Applied project methodology (i.e. key practices in the phases of the project: scoping, planning, designing, build, deploy and close) using critical thinking and leadership skills. Provide ongoing project management expertise and guidance to the project and engineering teams.• Analyze customer business requirements so that a cohesive proposal could be presented. Closely communicate with the executive team to assess proposed projects, including prioritization and task allocation of new projects. Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, technical and management teams to identify and build innovative, relevant, and effective solutions to proprietary business requirements and specifications. In several cases the collaboration includes: designing and implementing strategic approaches to solving business and production problems.• Lead and participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction. Perform sizing and cost benefit analysis on all recommended strategies• Understand organization model and develop modular architecture that provide in-depth security and integration with other components in the system• Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems for supporting new technology solutions• Evaluate and create transition plans from current state to planned state architecture.
