Event/Hostess and Account Manager - Responsible for managing the project “promoters Nescafé Dolce Gusto” on a nationwide level since 2008; managing several hostess teams in diversified events; managing clients such as: Top Atlântico, Grupo Luisa Todi, Prodout, CP, EDP, IAPMEI, Optimus, Nestlé.Financial Account Manager – Responsible for the financial department: managing clients and suppliers; payroll; billing and financial analysis.

Defining and implementing a commercial and Marketing strategy for Netspring services; Chief financial officer.Accomplishments:● Managing and maintenance of www.offshore.pt - portal with webcams located in the most important beach spots and online store of sporting goods (now closed).● Defining and implementing a commercial and Marketing strategy for “springvoip”- voice over IP service.

Responsible for the implementing and distribution of promotional materials in the central area of Portugal, and presenting daily reports for every store on: sales numbers, competition analysis and customer/client opinion.

With the objective of initiating the certification process of the company the 1st procedures manual was elaborated for all different areas: customer care, shop, sale and post-sale. In the middle of said process, the company Covauto was bought by the Mercedes-Benz representative in Castelo Branco – Auto-Jalbi. The same manual was adopted in Auto-Jalbi with the necessary adjustments.Accomplishments:● Company first procedures manual for Covauto and later Auto-Jalbi● New procedures implemented, namely in the opinion/complaint system of customers.
