Born entrepreneur, passionate about creating consumer products and solving problems in disruptive ways. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from USP, I’m a Data-Driven UI/UX Designer, or what people like to call me, the Product Guy.In 2015, I started my company named Poppin, the world's first dating app based in events and parties. Poppin has grown up to 750k users with a high user engagement (over 300 million swipes), and reached the position of the biggest Brazilian independent dating app. In 2018, Poppin was elected as one of the top 100 Startups to Watch in Brazil by Valor Econômico (a major Brazilian economics newspaper).Besides product, I led the process involving 2 funding rounds in Brazil (total: R$3.5mm). Part of the second round occurred in the Shark Tank Brazil, being one of the biggest company's valuation negotiated in the show.In 2020, Poppin was acquired by Ingresse, the largest LATAM ticketing platform. I worked as Chief Product Officer, leading a high quality team of engineers, designers, QA's and PM's.In 2022, I was invited to assume as Director of Product at GetNinjas, a Top Player LATAM Services Marketplace which recently went public (BVMF: NINJ3).I took a gap year and returned as GPM at ReclameAqui, the world´s biggest platform for resolving consumer issues with companies.

In this period, besides CPO, I took multiple roles (Head of HR and Investor Relations), coordinating layoffs, while keeping the motivation of the teams.I also led a multidisciplinary Squad of Revenues that increased the contribution margin, allowing the company to reach its best EBITDA results after the pandemic period.
