Working in g3p consulting, a Consulting Firm providing Process Oriented Engineering Organization Services, with a strong orientation in the field of Asset Management (ISO 55000).Focused on international projects with a strong component on Business Organization and Maintenance Best Practices, performing business processes development, Functional support in the implementation of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software and also preparing and reviewing support materials.

Accountable for restructuring, management and conservation and maintenance department of Gelpeixe (manufacturing equipment, facilities and fleet). Implementation of new preventive maintenance plans in order to increase the availability of equipment. Conversion of the information system used in fleet management to be also used for maintenance in the control and planning of preventive work, recording of corrective actions, control parts warehouse, KPI development and reporting.Development of Procurement activities for the establishment of database of suppliers of parts and services.
