Rosário has held a number of Management roles in Transport and Automotive Industry, with responsibility for Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and projects in many different countries, such as Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, England, North America , Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and United Arab Emirates. She has worked for organisations in a variety of industries including automotive plants, renewable energy plants, pharmaceutical plants, cement plants, metal plants, plastics, facility contractors airports. Since 1997 she has been developing and delivering Lean Projects and since 2008, Asset Care Excellence Programmes, as MCP partner and has been regularly asked to deliver projects, workshops and training courses for Reorganization Processes, Process Optimization , Innovation and Lean Six Sigma methodologies as part of Continuous Improvement journey.Rosário is recognized as one of the best in data analysis, providing accurate conclusions and added value proposals in any project.
