Worked close with RMS and TMC preparing to connect the Incident Management Systems to the established Center to Center (C2C) ESB that is the standard of communication between RMS and private motorway operators.• Solved long standing performance problems affecting the Pega BPM application.• Improved the roads closure process by implementing a state of the art mobile web application that reduced drastically the number of calls the Traffic Control Centre.
