I used some techniques such as Funnel of uncertainty, breaking down user and business requirements and showing that everything we think about the user are just assumptions and hypothesis that should be tested. - Constant communication and expectations management with internal stakeholders and customers, focusing on their own perspective about the product and expectations about it. - Started discovery process with customer interviews and researches, evidence gathering in order to have a perspective about what is really important and should be prioritized- Product roadmap management based on hypothesis research, NPS, users interviews nad UX Heatmaps. - Business and system requirements analysis through user stories and acceptance criteria.- Scrum and agile ceremonies such as Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, Product Review, Sprint planning and Sprint Refinement.- Internal and product process management with BPM (Bizagi).
