As a Sales Advisor I need to have the first contact with the client, attend to some meetings tounderstand exactly which solution he needs. Finally, I’m in charge of presenting to the client our purpose ofdevelopment as well as answer questions about the it.

I led a team of 2 people in the development of the conception stage of an application. It was my responsibility to organize the scrum tasks, make meetings with the client and coworkers to discuss the progres and keep the project working as well as the group together and motivated.

In this project I participated in the sale and the development of the prototype of an app. Firstly It was just an idea of our client, so I helped my team through SCRUM based stages such as research of market viability, flowcharts, requirements document, prototyping with Figma and Database modeling.
