I have been in the Wine industry for 23 years, studying in France and travelling around the world before to setting in New Zealand back in 2006.I worked in several wineries in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, under different roles, from Cellar Hand to Cellar Master, and Assistant Winemaker to Health and Safety Manager over the last 8 years. I have also been involved in Food Quality programs and internal auditing.I have established my own wine brand, Maison Noire, 9 years ago and am looking at keeping producing high quality wines from my own boutique vineyard and selected growers around the Hawke's Bay.In the last 5 years, I took on a part time position of H&S coordinator and was later promoted H&S manager at Sunfruit Ltd in Hastings, Hawke's Bay; this has allowed me to evolve in this career as well as growing grapes + making and selling my own wines.
