I began as a consultant and beta tester for Apple and Adobe, honing my expertise in new media technologies.At 17, I founded Totemak, one of the pioneering new media agencies, winning accolades for three consecutive years at the Communication Festival of Biarritz. Our clients included EDF, the French Ministry of Education, La Redoute, Eurotunnel, the Cannes Film Festival, Sanef, Schering, and Universal Music France.Notable achievements include designing and producing the CD-ROMs “Beauty Secrets of Karen Mulder” and “Pablo Picasso” for Hachette Filipacchi, and creating the first CD-Extra using the Blue Book specification with MC Solaar for Apple. Additionally, I designed and produced the first websites for Universal Music, Playtex, and Gazeta.In 2000, I founded Opendisc, which became the European leader in CRM for the music industry, with 60% of its revenue from exports and offices in London, Madrid, and New York. Opendisc’s assets were sold to Snowite in 2011.My consultancy expertise is recognized by leading companies such as Sony DADC, Sony Music, and Universal Music France. I have audited and redefined internet strategies, focusing on organization, information architecture, dashboards, CRM, and e-commerce solutions. I represented Universal Music at Vivendi’s risk committee for social networks and was a jury member for the “Coup de Coeur Vivendi” at Midemlab.
