Focused on: People & Talent Management, Organizational Culture and Employee Experience.People & Talent Management of +15 software engineers within the Platform & Monitoring team (Stockholm) first and within the iOS Development team (Madrid) secondly. - Performance management and evaluation through monthly & quarterly reviews with engineers; and bi-weekly catch ups with Product Managers and Scrum Masters- Ensuring team delivery, a balanced workload distribution, and engineers’ engagement in close collaboration with the Product Managers- Managing the professional growth and career development of +15 software engineers (i.e.: building career paths, facilitating training & knowledge sharing sessions, etc.)- Identifying training needs and competences’ gaps within the whole department to prioritize and organize training initiatives accordingly- Workforce planning in collaboration with other Engineering Managers and Product Managers- Driving recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires- Salary reviews, vacation planning and absence management; ensuring awareness of company updates; organizing team building activities; driving employee recognition activities; etc.

Fully owning all recruitment activities related to our Madrid office, which include:- Workforce planning in collaboration with the local Regional Manager- Employer branding activities (i.e., joining conferences/tech talks at our offices)- Keeping job descriptions and job ads updated- Running interviews (including personality tests), taking reference checks, owning the employee referral program, extending offers and negotiating salaries with candidates.Together with other Global Talent Acquisition Partners, I also drive full life cycle recruitment processes (for tech and non-tech positions) to our Stockholm office positions.On top of that, I work on small internal projects to improve the talent acquisition function in areas such as employer branding (i.e., tech events), developing a graduate program, keeping job ads attractive to candidates, etc.
