Perform software analysis of in-process and final quality control testing for the various lines of molecular typing kits. Responsible for manufacturing and performing quality control testing of supplementary buffers. Perform DNA isolation, amplification of specific genetic sequences using Gene Amp PCR System 9700, Southern blotting, oligonucleotide probe reconstitution quantification and conjugations.
