I worked as a Technical Leader & Architect on Santander Serfin On-Line Bank where we developed a complete solution from The Business Services accesed via Spring MVC to the REA front end build with JackBe Enterprise Ajax Framework. This application is now available in http://www.santander.com.mx/ for about 400K clients.

Worked as Project Leader in the In Site Client Service System. There i defined the whole architecture, designed the system and implemented together with a 4-5 people team. Together with a Telcel Architect, we defined the general road map of activities and organizational needs to have a complete SOA based architecture in Telcel. As part of that road map, we defined the BPM tool evaluation process and defined the best vendor, SeeBeyond-SUN solution. With that tool, we made the first implementations of BPM in Telcel.
