I have over 18 years of work experience in process analysis, modelling, and improvement, with a background in industrial engineering. I have worked with various industries, such as Utilities ,Energy, Public Sector, Retirement and Banking, to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction. I have also obtained multiple certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt (trained) and ITIL V3 Foundation, to enhance my knowledge and expertise in process management and business optimisation. My mission is to help organizations achieve their goals and vision by streamlining and simplifying their processes, reducing waste and errors, and increasing efficiency and quality. I am passionate about learning and applying new tools and methodologies such as Systems thinking, Service Design and Design Thinking to solve complex problems and create value for the stakeholders.
