Together with my IT team, we help the Website, LMS, Software Development, Live Streaming, Database, Chatbot, Discord Tech and Email teams to run their processes efficiently. Among our responsibilities, we also take on system administration tasks such as extending Drive access through groups using Google Workspace. We also facilitate the creation and management of workflow processes on Slack, coordinating with a team of more than 150 members to ensure smooth communication and process tracking.

I lead and mentor a team of 40 people in the YetGen&Doping Hafiza Competencies and Skills in the Digital Age training program.

YetGen is a 14-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Modelling with Excel, Information / Media / Finance / Health Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen (Ideathon) process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the program, and developing an idea for a solution to a world problem with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen ideathon.

As the Education Unit of the Yıldız Technical University MINT (Multidisciplinary Innovation Technologies) Club, my team and I organized a total of 18 workshops focusing on technical skills such as data science, Photoshop, MATLAB, and digital marketing, as well as effective LinkedIn usage, networking, creative thinking, and leadership.

Between July 22 and August 16, 2024, I completed my compulsory internship at the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) for 20 working days as part of the National Internship Program. During my internship, I focused on C# programming, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Entity Framework Core.

During my 8 months at Google Game and Application Academy, I participated in ideathon, AI plugin app jam and graduation bootcamp. In this process, I gained important competencies such as project management, planning and teamwork. By using tools such as GitHub, Trello and Scrum effectively, I both improved my technical skills and gained project management experience.

During my internship, I received training in Basic Management and Organization, Basic Advertising and Marketing, Basic Project Management, and Basic New Media and Digital Transformation.
