• 11+ years of experience in EMI/EMC, ENV and 3 + years of experience in Safety Testing. • Actively involved in end to end lab development and up gradation of EMI /EMC, ENV and Safety Lab.• Complete Lab operations management skills, Laboratory scheduling, resource allocation, providing training to the Lab Engineers on ISO17025 process and technical training on EMC, ENV, vibration testing and Validation.• Laboratory Process Development & Improvement, ISO17025 implementation.• Experience on Agency recognitions such as UL, TUV Rhienland, CSA, FCC & IC listing• Experience to Perform FCC, IC, ACMA, CE, WPC certifications for products.• Provided debug support and resolved issue on EMI/EMC for many products at HTS.• Competency to calibrate / Verification and Validation of EMC, ENV, Safety equipments.• Productivity improvement using improved hardware testing process.• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
