Anamaya - The Tribal Heath Collaborative.1. Mentor Gandhi Fellows placed at the block level to facilitate their learning on leadership curriculum and programs execution at the grassroots level.2.Ensure all community level activities are conducted as per SOPs, quality protocols and project guidelines.3.Facilitate training of PRI members, NHM middle managers, front line workers and community influencers, potential TB champions on TB free panchayat and strengthening of RMNCH+A services.4.Strengthen community level health institutions like Village Heath Sanitation & Nutrition Committee and Jan Arogya Samiti for smooth service delivery and inclusion of tribal representatives.5.Visit tribal villages / habitations and conduct meetings with community influencers, faith leaders, PRI members for Identify tuberculosis survivors and increase referral.6.Conduct IEC and SBCC activities related to tuberculosis, RMNCH+A villages, AWC, panchayats, hamlets and Haat / Bazaars level or any other platform.7.Mentor team for constitution of adolescent group and VHSNC at community level as per SoP/guideline.8.Coordinate with government stakeholders for constitution of TB Forums at block and district level and regularize periodic meetings under chairmanship of District Collector.9.Coordinate with government stakeholders and ensure availability of sputum containers, Falcon tubes, referral forms, equipments & consumables, etc. at the VHSND sites and relevant community spots including HSC/HWC level.10.Representing Tribal TB initiative in all district’s public forums (review meeting, DC meeting, NTEP, NHM, Tribal Welfare, etc.)11.Regular and real time documentation of best practices, case studies, challenges and other stories and onward sharing 12.Reporting of monthly project activities and detailed profiling/ mapping of Community Influencers.
