Operations and Incident Management support of Digital Safe SaaS regulatory compliance review applications. The cloud based system consists of over 50k servers (most on Linux VMs) with over 80 petabytes of data and is used by banks, financial, insurance and legal organizations to archive, retrieve and investigate information (email, documents, social media).
