I have been working for over 11 years in Seoul semiconductor for the back process engineering mainly including wafer thinning(Grinding, CMP), Solder(Reflow, Printing), Laser(Stealth, Excimer&DPSS LLO, Full metal cutting), Probing(Probing, Blending, Sorting), and so on. (Setup and management with an analysis of process with SPC tool for Capacity up, Yield, Failures)Since 2016, my latest responsibility has been the setup of the Vietnam factory. During that moment, 90% of the capacity from Headquarters has been moved and made stable with the improvement of capacity up, process failures. Furthermore, new processes (soldering) and new products (Mini/Micro LED) were set up and done.
