I searched, assessed and found new locations; I acquired companies/locations; I conducted lease and takeover negotiations; I did permit applications; I carried out extensive renovation projects; I set up and managed the operation of the companies and conducted the daily management; and eventually I sold both companies. My tasks included location analyses, rent (re)negotiations, rent reviews, board updates and managing relationships with both property owners and subtenants. I further performed calculations of business investment cases for internal renovations and the analysis of store performances.
