Digital Content Manager
CurrentResponsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital content strategy and activation across multiple digital platforms. Efficiently and independently manages the activation of projects from start to finish. Develops and executes comprehensive digital content strategies, utilizing content strategy tools, forms and visuals. Creates, manages, and distributes reports on content performance, collaborating with stakeholders to establish KPIs. Communicates with internal stakeholders and clients to understand program needs and recommend appropriate content direction and assets. Coordinates with Marketing, Design, Project, and Account teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments and adherence to submission deadlines. Develops and presents digital content strategies to clients and stakeholders. Works with the LiveGuide product team to improve content workflows and usability and provides feedback for new feature development. Screens video content to ensure alignment with brand standards and reformats video and image files as needed. Identifies opportunities to improve upload processes and drive greater utilization of customization tools for dealers. Establishes and maintains DCI and client brand standards and guidelines for digital content. Identifies opportunities for improved tagging and tracking of content. Manages content curation from internal teams and external partner agencies, including building playlists and digital media libraries. Manages content uploads for websites, video displays, and glance media playlists in CMS systems. Works with QA and IT teams to ensure content accuracy and resolve technical issues. Loads and tags digital content to help increase SEO.
