Job Description:- Jointly work with GM of business unit to make business strategy, develop long term financial goals and objectives, monitor the strategy implementation; - Report to the group CEO and CFO on strategy progress and provide necessary financial analysis to support all aspects of the business;- Work with the GM of business unit to create budgets and financial plans and provide a suite of management information for monitoring financial performance; - Design & implement local controls to ensure efficient and accurate business operations are in place;- Prepare reports that summarize and forecast organizational performance against both the annual budget and plan;- Implement company policies and procedures, including SOX compliance. - Managing a commercial team, ensuring staff development, retention and training;- Team size ( 23 staff)
