Then was promoted to quality supervisor, lead team to realize Siemens quality system, ensure mass production quality (include process) fulfill Siemens China requirements.After servo motor starting mass production,then was promoted to quality supervision supervisor, lead another team to ensure mass production quality for the whole factory, include servo motors and standard motors with a yearly quantity of 0.6 million pieces.
