- Currently Managing a Regulatory Global Change Programme- Previously headed the Global Change Risk Function for Core Solutions- Headed the India development team for Technology & Change function of Data & Analytics. Responsibilities included: - Standing up India teams for key programs/platforms including Business Intelligence (BI) Tools, Big Data, Customer Decisioning (Pega migration), Reference Data and Legacy De-commissioning streams to support the Enterprise Data Warehousing Strategy. - Delivering change projects and supporting KBoR activities for Legacy Platforms like Chordiant Decisioning, Cards Business Intelligence System (BIS) and Retail MI applications. - Managing deliveries through multiple teams which include a mix of permanent and third party resources with varying skill-sets including SAS Visual Analytics, Cloudera-Hadoop, Teradata, Pega, Java, Informatica, Mainframe, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server etc. - Previously headed the Global Divisional Data Platforms (dDP) team in Data Services. - Previously led and delivered high profile and mandatory programs including AML and FATCA involving Data Warehousing and Reporting solutions using Informatica, Teradata and Boxi. - Led the ‘Data Sourcing’ stream of the high profile Finance and Risk Transformation (FiRST) programme involving sourcing the data from 40+ source systems through a team of permanent and third party resources. - Significant involvement in ‘workload transition to suppliers’ and ‘resource re-allocation’ as part of the separation/divestment exercise for RBS Insurance. - Head of Shaping leading the work reception team in India for the entire portfolio of Insurance work. - Successfully managed and delivered a portfolio of Insurance projects with an IT budget of approximately 7 million GBP in 2009 through a large team of 19 Project Managers. - End to end Project Management and delivery of multiple Insurance projects for Motor and Home portfolio

- Experience of successfully managing several large-sized projects involving multiple technologies (VB, ASP, .Net, C/C++, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Java) with high performing teams (40 plus members) spread across geographies. - Multiple Awards including that of managing the best performing team in a 750 member delivery unit. - 3 years of extensive work experience at multiple Customer sites in USA. Excellent feedback from all customers and key stakeholders. - Primarily worked with financials clients in addition to working for a renowned B2B publisher and an Identity Management leader. - Worked in various roles (Account Anchor, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Onsite Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Leader, Module Leader, Designer, Configuration Controller, Production Support Engineer, and Developer) from Oct’1998 to Aug’2007. - Excellent understanding of software quality processes having managed several CMMI level 5 projects.

- The work involved generation of corporate training business for the Kanpur franchise of NIIT Ltd. by creating sales leads and converting them into actual business deals, managing Client relationships and coordinating & managing corporate training programs. - Was awarded a merit certificate by the Managing Director within a month of joining.
