Diseappearing Dialogues has been engaged in a series of interdisciplinary projects over the years at Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh and then West Bengal. Their work focuses on being a dynamic platform that engages in the collaborative process of bringing together community, arts & culture and ecology. I have been assisting in my capabilities over the years, starting out at their project in M.P. I have worked as a workshop facilitator, a photo+videographer for documentation, the Youth Team head, a research assistant. In recent years, I have created and managed their digital content- as a video editor for their awareness campaigns and fundraisers, as an illustrator for their marketing content (including the creation of a stop motion film). I have also crafted merchandise such as environmentally themed hand-illustrated & made calendars. Other than these, I have designed and developed their website on Wix. Worked with the State Capacity Initiative at CPR, which is an interdisciplinary program of research and practice focused on addressing the challenges of the 21st century Indian State. I was engaged in two projects which involved understanding organizational norms within the bureaucracy, and unpacking key debates on administrative reforms respectively. For the first project, I was responsible for mapping and cataloguing the extensive network of administrative training institutes for government functionaries across the country. These data will be subsequently utilized by CPR for conducting surveys of civil servants on organisational norms. In the second project that concerned civil service reforms, I conducted a review of State level administrative reform initiatives.
