As a former Graduate Course Assistant at Columbia University, I assisted Professor Simha Sethumadhavan in teaching CSEE 4824 - Computer Architecture, a course that covered the fundamentals and advanced topics of processor design, memory systems, and parallel computing. My responsibilities included grading assignments, answering student queries, and mentoring student projects, during which I applied my knowledge and skills in Computer Architecture and C++.I am also a Master of Science graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Columbia, having graduated in December 2023. My academic interests included Design Verification, Formal Verification, RTL Design, and System on Chip Design. During the summer of 2023, I interned at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an ASIC Design Verification Engineer, where I analyzed logic design for machine learning custom silicon solutions, collaborated with the physical design team, developed software applications for end customer requirements, added coverage, and teamed up with the Formal Verification team to add assertions using Jasper. This experience provided me with valuable exposure to industry standards and practices of verification, utilizing tools and languages such as UVM, SystemVerilog, SystemC, CUDA, and OpenCL.Recently, I have joined Intel's CPU Physical Design team in Austin, where I am excited to apply and further enhance my engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities this domain presents and aspire to contribute to its innovation and advancement through my work. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other experts and professionals in the field as I continue to grow in my career at Intel.
