• Operated as the lead point of contact for any and all matters of Rural Development Projects. • Creating candidate batches in coordination with the batch plan then Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on activities as per specifications. • Coordination and liasioning with assessment agencies to ensure smooth conduct of assessments and certifications.• Ensure delivery of project level targets from mobilization to handholding of candidates within stipulated time through the field team, hiring through local network for Project coordinator and field team and Inspiring, leading and managing teams effectively.• Ensuring full compliance to laid down HR, Quality systems, Project and company policies and maintain accounting standards in project and ensure 100% compliance in the region.• Participated as Project Manager in numerous training programmes by different stakeholders including Government of India.

• Know moderate Sign language, while working with Person with disability students. Also worked for their Placements of Persons with disability. • Find companies for placements, deport staff to assist students in placements, collect all documents related to placements. Check whether selected candidates are working in same company for minimum 3 months & update to Head Office.• Maintain Training Center as per norms of the project. Responsible for students mobilization, training, administration of center and placement process. • Responsible for relation building with District and Village level designated personals of both Government and Private Bodies.• Share the training schedules to trainers on time, maintain trainers attendance & timing register, assist third party assessment, Maintain assets report monthly.• Responsible for Mobilization Drives. Find out and Tie up with District and Village level organizations for fruitful results of mobilization drives, Working for Employer engagement, Candidate lining up as per requirement and tracking of candidates with complete documentation.

• Working as a representative on the behalf of consulting firm, successfully establish various kinds of activities like mobilization, training, placement and all over implementation of the project in different centres of Punjab.• To accomplish meetings with GM’s, HR VP’s and associate members for smooth running of project. Achieved successful start-up of Project in Nahar, VSGM, OWM etc and regular based handling of audits done by MOT authorised personals and handling of assessment done by various assessors after completion of training of individuals. Execute regular audits in various STU’s and conduct meeting of respective trainer.• Transact training of trainers from technical point of view as well as project point of view and Summarize information for, and preparation of, weekly trainee reports. Conduct special or disciplinary meetings with trainees whose progress is unsatisfactory.
