Reduced the cycle time of the process by designing a double pick-up System(cut robot motion in half) for the parts. •Designed interface plates for the ATI connector to reduce the installation costs(rather than buying from a vendor).BT1FG/BT1X Spray jigs Design•Designed the spray jig for the front and rear upper using SolidWorks, specifically focusing on Sheetmetal and Weldment features. •Increased the glue on the B surface of the substrate and reduced the glue on the jigs.•Eliminate any of the exterior jigs from touching the substrate.•Reduced the welding time for the skin and mass of the spray jig. 311D Vulkan Feasibility investigation•Balanced the work between the operators using Yamazumi chart to improve the efficiency of production line.•Designed the different layouts in AUTOCAD with respect to the number of shifts, operators, and conveyance time.•Worked on the process designed workbook to meet the takt time. 220D Sewing Process Manpower reduction• Rebalanced the workload and updated the Yamazumi chart by eliminating one operator.• Worked on the Process design workbook for takt time calculation.• Updated the core documents (FMEA, Control plan and process flow, and SWC).• Conducted a Cross-functional feasibility study for PCR.Ergonomic friendly cart, table and flow rack design• Worked with the Industrial team to design the cart, table and flow rack in SolidWorks using weldments features.
