Exciting new project - managing a new mobile team of mortgage advisers who will service the overflow of mortgage opportunities generated by a group of Barnard Marcus branches in south-west London, along with re-mortgage, protection and new build client requirements.The base is a new office in Surbiton and the team is now live providing mortgage and protection solutions for our clients.

* Whole of market mortgage adviser dealing with mortgages and protection needs for customers buying new build properties through face to face meetings* Wrote over £1 million income during my service with the group including client fees, mortgage/protection/GI income* Tailor each recommendation to the customer’s specific situation and requirements to ensure that suitable mortgage options are recommended.* Ensure compliant advice given at all times* Keep up to date with changes in lender criteria.

* Role based in estate agent office * Advised and recommended on mortgages from select panel of lenders. * Work in residential and buy to let sectors. * Sign up average six to eight mortgages per month plus mortgage protection policies. * Average case size income - £1,500 including mortgage and protection.

* Promote and sell training packages in IT and business and management courses. * Develop new accounts and manage existing business within the SME sector. * Manage training sessions including liaising with tutors and customer points of contact.

* Develop new Reseller accounts and increase revenues from existing partners. * Pitch APC end-to-end data and network availability solutions to Sales teams, managers/directors. * Over last 12 months had over 40% increase in business (£490K) from account base.
