Conduct quarterly audits to update numerical content regarding company and product management, assets under management and other important language updates• Provide high quality proposal documents to sales and ensure timely delivery • Provide accurate and bespoke responses to questions using proprietary databases, conducting research with product and functional experts, and input from Subject Matter Experts. • Provides superior service to customers, brokers, and sales by supporting the significant role that a timely and well packaged proposal response plays in making exchange sales. • Ensure proposal quality through multi-level reviews and incorporate the changes at each review in the final draft• Participate in training programs; engage in the development of procedures and guidelines to enhance the exchange RFP process and communicates these internally. • Mentor team members and provide guidance on process protocols, style guides, review procedures, and SME co-ordination• Develop other bespoke deliverables including presentations to support sales pitches

My role involves conducting extensive secondary and primary research.
